We are offering Common Carp with white flesh and strong flavour. This carp need scaling, skinning, gutting, and filleting. The fillet of this carp have fine bone which need to be removed before cooking. It is greatly popular as a part of traditional Christmas feast. This carp is generally used for food and also for sport fishing. The fried crap is one of the traditional recipes for Christmas Eve with stuffed cabbage. It is easily mixed with other fish for preparing popular Jewish cuisine.
